Fr. Michael and Kay Miller, a licensed chaplain have begun a ministry to prisoners housed in the Mason County Jail. They meet with them once a week. The work of chaplaincy is not to convert or proselytize, it is to listen and support. Kay's dog Dusty, a trained therapy dog, provides support in his unique fashion
